This form enables you to send a request to the AFNIC for the verification of information regarding the holder of a domain name.

This form enables you to send a request to the AFNIC to verify :
- the eligibility of a holder of a domain name (residence adress within the territory of one of the member states of the European Union, as well as within the territory of the following countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).
- the reachability ( postal address, e-mail et telephone number)
This form does not enable you to :
- contest the legitimacy of a domain name registration according to third parties rights, or to solve a dispute with a registrar
- send a request for the verification of eligibility regarding the holder of a domain name recorded on a latest naming policy owing to the modification of eligibility criteria.
